YULE LOGS!
You’ll be making a Chocolate Gingerbread Roulade Cake, filled with a Cream Cheese filling of your choice. We will frost our logs with Buttercream and then decorate with Meringue Mushrooms, Chocolate Bark and Chocolate Leaves. I’ll show you a horizontal and a vertical stripe technique—a log or a stump!
As with all workshops, we will serve you a yummy lunch midway through the class to keep up your energy! We’ll box up your creation for you to take home and show off!
