- 2 cups your favorite bbq sauce
- 2 tablespoons your favorite spice rub for pork I love Sweet Preacher by Fire & Smoke
- 3-4 pounds boneless country style pork ribs
Preheat oven to 500º. Place ribs in a shallow baking dish and rub in the spice rub. Pour the sauce over the ribs and cover tightly with foil. Cook for 10 minutes and then lower the heat to 325º. Cook for 45 minutes then turn the ribs, making sure each rib is nicely coated with sauce. Recover and cook for another 45 minutes. Check to make sure the ribs are tender and just starting to fall apart. Uncover and cook for another 15-20 minutes. (Internal temp 145º).
