Please join us for another fun-filled yoga workshop!
As always, we will be serving a light lunch midway through the day by Sibby Barrett. Also included, if you’d like to join us, is our “Wine Down” from 3 pm-4 pm with light appetizers and wine.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing in layers to be ready for anything! Weather permitting we will take a meditative walk after lunch. Please bring what you have, yoga mat, blocks, straps and blankets. We will have some of these on hand if you do not have them.
