This is one of my favorite go-to recipes for a quick and delicious dinner. Most of these items should be easily found and substitutes are a good creative outlet.
This is comfort food at it's best. The combination of ground pork and ground beef make this meatloaf very flavorful and moist.
A great basic recipe for a moist tiramisu cake. Use as a layer cake or make into cute little cakettes, as I have done here.
Using a nifty shortcut ingredient--canned biscuits--makes delicious short-order empanadas with any filling you like. This butternut squash, caramelized onion and sage filling is so very falls!
This rice is so versatile and such an easy side dish. Change the type of herbs, nuts and or cheese you use and the possibilities are endless.
This is a stunning presentation, using very few, usually on hand ingredients and a medium amount of work.
