Quick Fire, For Your Weeknight Repertoire Class & Luncheon

“What the &$!! can I make for dinner tonight?!” 

It’s a problem, it’s life’s never ending question.  It’s a Tuesday night and you’re tired of coming up with something delicious and comforting for dinner.  I’m going to give you 3 easy menus you can get to the table fast with little pre-planning (shopping).  We are going to split into 3 teams and each team will execute a menu.  At the end we’ll all feast on these delicious meals:

• Tuscan Nonna’s Instant Chicken Cacciatore with Saffron Rice
• Crispy Shrimp Tacos with Apple Slaw, Honey Lime Crema and Black Bean Corn Salad
• Spring Vegetable Penne with Lemon Cream Sauce
• Citrus Olive Oil Cake
