Salsa Verde Italiano Pasta
Serves 6-8
1/4-1/2 cup Salsa Verde Italiano
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts (optional)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1-pound pasta such as pappardelle, ziti, penne or farfalle
Optional grilled shrimp or chicken
Prepare pasta as directed on package. Drain and toss with enough sauce to coat pasta. Add pine nuts, if desired, and Parmesan and toss to coat. Serve topped with grilled shrimp or chicken, if desired.
