 Come and preserve the last fruits of summer.  These jams and salsas make great gifts, if you can part with them!  If not put them away for a rainy day.  I’ll include some recipes of things you can make with your jars should you tire of toast and jam!

• Ranchero Red Chile Tomato Sauce
